It's Deja Vu All Over Again!

KSU beats #7 Texas - in Austin - 41 to 21!!!

What an awesome game! We'll be wearing our KSU stuff to church tomorrow - again! It was even sweeter this time with clean hits on McCoy and a commanding 20 point win. I'm still in shock and awe and giddy with excitement of sending some of these pictures to our Texas friends.

All Clear!

We had Ari's 1 year appointment and ear check this morning. His ears and lungs are all clear! We are continuing is breathing treatments for another couple of weeks to avoid a relapse and the doctor oked trying Clariton to see if allergies are the root of all this evil.

Other than that, he's doing great. He's 17lb 14oz and 27.5 inches tall! A long way from 1 year ago! :) The doctor says he's still small for his age, but she's not concerned at this point.

This past week he's moved to crawling more and more on his knees and likes to "cruise" (walk while holding on to something) around the house. It also looks like he may be dropping his morning nap soon which will prove interesting with my new working at home schedule.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ARI!

Our little boy turned 1 today! We had a party for him Saturday so we didn't do much today. It's getting late and it's been a long work day for me (trying to work from home with 2 deadlines and a whiney baby) so I'll have to post party pic's later. I was also going to post the video I put together for his party, but alas, google is taking too long and I'm too tired to sit here any longer. I hope to post more tomorrow. At least I got a post up on his actual birhtday! :)

Busy Boy

Has it really been 2 weeks since I posted last?! I guess we've all been busy! Ari is getting more and more mobile everyday. He's working on crawling on his knees and is becoming a pro at pulling up on everything. He's starting to "cruise", but not more than a few steps right now. He's discovered how to open doors and drawers and loves to "explore" what's inside. Here's proof:





Tomorrow marks the first day of my new part time work schedule. I'll be going in to the office on Tuesdays and working 1/2 days from home the rest of the week! I'm nervous about getting everything done, but I know it'll be better for Ari. His last week of daycare gave him a cold as a going away present - grrrr. He's got a nasty cough right now and we're hoping to avoid yet another doctor's visit at least until his 1 year check up next week! I still can't believe my baby will be 1 year old soon. Where has the time gone.... We took Ari to have his official 1 year pic's taken yesterday. He did pretty well, but got very serious towards the end. We got some good ones, but I'm holding out posting them until he's officially 1! Muahahahahaha....
