Yia Yia and Papa arrived for a weekend visit on Keira’s birthday. They treated us all to a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse. The staff sang their birthday song while Keira sat on saddle.
Saturday morning we met a bunch of friends for a carousel party at our local mall. The party included unlimited rides, a cookie cake, juice boxes, paper goods (including invitations and thank you notes), balloons and a party host for 1 hour all for $54!!! A steal of a deal! We found out later that the unlimited ride bracelet was good all day so many of us stayed well past the designated hour. The kids loved riding the carousel again and again while many of the parents left with some severe vertigo! Keira had a great time even though the pictures don’t show it. Speaking of the pictures, they didn’t come out that great since the carousel is located near a glass wall and it was another bright, sunny day.
What a great third birthday for our little girl!

It was a great party for a three year old as well as all the older "kids". Our mall doesn't even have the carousel any longer. :(
