Ari and I took a quick weekend trip to Denver to visit my family. We had a great time. Ari's becoming quite the seasoned traveller. He's fine on the plane, but sleeping in a strange bed is another story. Hopefully this will get him geared up for our Thanksgiving and Christmas trips in the coming weeks.
Ari's vocabulary really started blossoming this weekend, too. He quickly caught on to "grandpa" saying "bop-bop" and even called grandma "talk-talk" quite appropriately one time! :) He also started practicing all of his words when we were snuggling before bed. He would quietly run through "guck, gog, babye, dada, mama, nonono...." over and over as he lay his head on my shoulder. It was too cute!

Yea, perhaps we could meet up in Wichita on our way back. We talked about renting a hotel to split up the trip a little and then we could have fun using the pool. How about breakfast Sunday morning before you guys leave? We'll give you a call.
